Quantum Simulations of Non-Hermitian Hamiltonians
ORAL
Abstract
Determinant Quantum Monte Carlo (DQMC) is a powerful approach for providing exact solutions to models of strongly correlated electrons including the Hubbard and Periodic Anderson Hamiltonians in various geometries. Here we describe our work on developing a DQMC code for non-Hermitian Hamiltonians. We first discuss some details of the technical implementation, and then show some applications to models with a real spectrum (despite being non-Hermitian).
