RAPT: Rowan Area Physics Teachers

The Rowan Area Physics Teachers (RAPT) group is an initiative created through Rowan’s PhysTEC grant to provide networking, mentoring, training, and inspiration to high school physics teachers in the South Jersey region, thereby creating an ongoing relationship between high schools and higher education. Part of the RAPT program created a ``Community Manager'' position to help drive optimal participation in RAPT both online and during in-person meetings. This poster will describe the RAPT group, describe how it was formed, and describe past and future activities.
