Tomography of the proton from Lattice QCD

ORAL

Abstract

GPDs have been gaining interest due to the upcoming EIC being capable of doing experiments such as DVCS, and their three-dimensional structure which can help produce an image of the proton. Recently, the x-dependence of GPDs have been found to be directly extracted from the lattice. We calculate the tensor matrix elements, which we utilize the asymmetric frame (PRD 106 (2022) 11, 114512), and extract the four twist-2 GPDs: HT, ET, \tilde{H}T, \tilde{E}T. All calculations are done for zero-skewness. These calculations have been done on a Nf = 2+1+1 ensemble of twisted-mass fermions with a clover improvement. We simulate a pion mass of 260 MeV.
