Qubit frequency tuning via electron-beam irradiation
ORAL
Abstract
We present a technique to tune the frequency of a superconducting qubit via electron-beam irradiation of the Josephson junction element. The tuning of the junction modifies the resistance of the junction and thereby the frequency of the qubit is modified. This technique can be used to selectively alter qubit frequencies to improve quantum processor unit (QPU) frequency allocation.
