An Investigation of Structural and I-V characteristics of (1-x)LaMnO3.(x)rGO Nanocomposite Samples
POSTER
Abstract
The study focused on (1-x)LaMnO3 (LSMO).(x)rGO nanocomposites, exploring their structure and electrical behavior. Using XRD, FESEM, and Raman spectroscopy, dual phases were observed. Distinctive bipolar resistive switching behavior in I-V profiles indicated potential electronic applications. Increasing rGO led to an oxygen-deficient region, confirmed by XPS. Oxygen vacancies and ions were identified as pivotal in resistive switching. Sample x = 0.001 exhibited superior characteristics. HRTEM validated distinct lattice spacings. Conduction primarily followed Ohmic and Schottky emission phenomena. The research offers insights for engineering nanocomposites in electronics.
