Quantum dynamics in the solid state

Abstract

I will discuss what information may be extracted from ultrafast quantum dynamics in the solid state. Specifically, I consider the experimental protocol of multidimensional coherent spectroscopy, and how it may be used to extract otherwise inaccessible information about solid state systems.
