Ground state properties of many-body quantum systems: chaos vs integrability

Abstract
We study the distribution of the ground state energy of different many-body quantum systems and compare it with analytical expressions obtained for small and large random matrices. We find that weak differences in distribution tails can be attributed to the regularity or the chaoticity of the model.
