Creating an Introductory-Level Interdiscplinary Course in Quantum Information

Abstract

I will discuss the creation of an introductory, interdisciplinary course in quantum information at the University of Colorado Boulder. This course attracts students from physics, math, CS, and EE majors, and as a prerequisite requires nothing but a bit of linear algebra.
