Many-Body Localization in Central Spin.

Abstract

We investigate many-body localization in a periodic one dimensional Heisenberg chain, with a central spin interacting equally with each spin in the chain. The chain is subject to a uniaxial quenched disorder field. Apart from a detailed analysis of the phase diagram, we study the time evolution of nonlocal out-ot-time-ordered correlators to diagnose the information scrambling in the dynamics of the system.
