Identification of Extended Hubbard Model SDW-BOW-CDW phase boundaries using Central Charge

ORAL

Abstract

In this talk, we apply tools from quantum-information theory to locate phase boundaries of the half-filled extended Hubbard model. With DMRG, we compute the ground state wavefunctions, and then fit the Calabrese-Cardy entropy scaling relation to identify conformal critical points.
