Quantum model of capacitance of nanostructures

Abstract
Modeling high-frequency electronic properties of nanostructures in nanocircuits presents particular challenge because of contribution from electrodes. In this talk, I present the difference in modeling steady and dynamic electronic transport properties of nano-gap structures and a quantum model to measure capacitance of nanostructures.
