Novel Schemes for Cuprate Nanodevice Fabrication

Abstract
We have fabricated La$_{2-x}$Sr$_{x}$CuO$_{4}$ (LSCO) nanodevices using high resolution electron beam writing coupled with photolithographic techniques. We characterized the patterned films with electrical transport measurements using a variable temperature cryostat. We report on the search for additional, non-deleterious fabrication schemes to yield pristine and small cross-section cuprate nanodevices.
