Multi-terminal transport property on hybrid structure of monolayer and bilayer graphene

Abstract

We study the transport properties of Hybrid structures formed by monolayer and bilayer graphene. The energy spectrum and edge states of various junctions in strong magnetic field are analyzed. The transport properties are affected by the mixing effect of interfaces and the scattering between edge states, and display many novel features in multi-terminal measurements, Our results explains recent experimental results on such hybrid structure systems.
