Theory of LaVO$_3$/SrVO$_3$ superlattices

Abstract

We present dynamical mean field theory calculation and compare to experimental data [1] of the magnetic, orbital order and metal-insulator phase diagrams of LaVO$_3$/SrVO$_3$ superlattices. The calculation is based on a three-orbital model system; semiclassical and quantum Monte Carlo impurity solvers are used. \\[4pt] [1] U. Luders, W. C. Sheets, A. David, W. Prellier, and R.
