Physics of diluted dense Kondo lattices

ORAL

Abstract

A thermodynamic analysis of the specific heat of superconducting Ce$_{1-x}$La$_{x}$CoIn$_{5}$ and related materials suggests that the superconducting fraction in the alloys is proportional to 1-x. This gives the picture of holes in the dense Kondo metallic state surrounding the La sites, a picture which is consistent with other aspects of the physics of these doped systems.
