Single crystal growth and anisotropy of magnetic and transport properties of FeTe and FeTe1-xSx superconductors

ORAL

Abstract

Single crystals of FeTe and FeTe1-xSx were grown by molten metallic flux technique. Synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction confirms phase purity. We will present anisotropy of magnetic and electrical transport properties in normal and superconducting state of these compounds.
