Non-linear V-I Characters of LSMO/PAn/Co/Al Organic Spin-Valve

Abstract

The present paper used the magnetron sputtering and Sol-Gel method to prepare the organic spin-valves composed of La$_{0.67}$Sr$_{0.33}$MnO$_{3}$ (LSMO)/ polyaniline (PAN)/Co/Al. We Adopted the four probe to study the MR of the spin valve and observed the non-linear V-I characters. The TMR effect in the organic spin valve was also studied.
