DNA-Grafted Janus Particles
ORAL
Abstract
Recently there have been advances in generating Janus microspheres whose two hemispheres have different chemical compositions [1-4]. The new types of particles open up possibilities for assembly of complex structures. Here we attach DNA molecules onto one side of Janus microspheres. The new type of colloidal particles resembles surfactant molecules and may give us interesting new structures.\\ \textbf{Reference:} [1] Y. Lu, H. Xiong, X. Jiang, Y.Xia, M. Prentiss and G.
