III-V semiconductor based infrared detectors and focal plane arrays

Abstract

We report recent results in III-V semiconductor based infrared detectors, including quantum well infrared photodetector (QWIP) based simultaneous dual-band infrared focal plane array, quantum dot infrared photodetector (QDIP) based large-format long wavelength infrared focal plane array, and development in far infrared photodetectors.
