Transition Path Sampling and Rare Events in Complex Fluids

COFFEE_KLATCH  · Invited

Abstract

The transition path sampling technique has matured to a universal tool for the study of rare events in the decade since its development. In this presentation I will give a brief overview of current progress. As an example I will discuss an application to micelle formation, fission and fusion in surfactant solutions.
