Nuclear LS force from Lattice QCD
ORAL
Abstract
We present a lattice QCD determination of the LS force in the P-wave nucleon-nucleon system. The P-wave nuclear forces are determined by the time-dependent HAL QCD method. To access the P-wave nucleon-nucleon states, we utilize the free Laplacian heaviside (fLapH) smeared source operators, which allows for efficient calculations of the correlation functions. Flavor SU(3) gauge configurations with pion mass of 840 MeV and volume L3×T=(32a)4=(3.87 fm)4 are employed.
