Overview of Low Temperature Plasma Research Facility at Sandia National Laboratories.

Abstract

An overview of the low temperature Plasma Research Facilities (PRF) at Sandia National Laboratories is presented. In this overview, the team members are introduced, a description of our capabilities is given and details on how to interface with our facility is discussed.
