Status of the new measurement of electron magnetic moment
ORAL
Abstract
The measurement of the magnetic moment of the electron provides a stringent test of the Standard Model. A new setup with an improved magnetic field stability using a cold-bore magnet has been constructed. Preliminary measurement of the magnetic moment is ongoing to estimate the statistical and systematic errors. The status and progress towards a new measurement of electron magnetic moment will be presented.
