The diatomic molecular spectroscopic database

POSTER

Abstract

The spectroscopic constants of molecules contain crucial information regarding the electronic structure and properties of molecules and hence are of great interest in the atomic, molecular, and optical physics community. In this work, we develop a user-friendly and interactive website in which the user can get access to the spectroscopic constants and Franck-Condon factors of polar diatomic molecules. The spectroscopic constants are retrieved directly from the website or through our application programming interface. The registered users can also upload data to the database after authorization. This data-driven website may help to target the possible candidates for a range of applications, such as molecular laser cooling.
