Combining STIRAP and Feshbach resonances for ultracold molecule creation

Abstract

We are studying methods for creating ultracold molecules from ultracold atoms. Ultracold molecules have many potential uses in quantum computation, few-body collision physics, and control of chemical reactions. We will study this problem using numerical simulations and genetic algorithms.
