Ptychographic reconstructions from HHG systems

ORAL

Abstract

Ptychography can be used to algorithmically combine overlapping diffraction patterns from a sample into one high-resolution image. We used ptychography as a scanning lensless imaging method to image samples using a tabletop EUV source with sub-300 nm resolution. Here we discuss data collection and processing, as well as efforts to increase the resolution.
