Numerical black holes in Einstein-Maxwell-axion-dilaton gravity

ORAL

Abstract

We consider black holes in an alternative theory of gravity, namely Einstein-Maxwell-axion-dilaton theory. We numerically construct black holes within this theory and investigate short time stability. We also consider head-on mergers of these black holes and examine the remaining fields on the final object.
