Renormalization of Electric and Magnetic Charges

Abstract





We examine the Quantum Field Theory of magnetic and electric charged particles using a formalism with couplings to both types of charge. We examine electric and magnetic charge renormalization in the context of Dirac’s charge quantization condition, paving the way for phenomenological studies of magnetic monopoles.
